James Jeremy Profile

My name is James Jeremy and I live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Born in 1980, I started riding in 1994 and my first bike was a TY80 trials bike. That was soon destined for the scrap yard due to most of my mates also finding the joys of motorbikes. Next came a Honda TL125 and RD80 but then myself and a friend moved onto more crosser-style bikes and had a DT125R and an Aprila RX125 subsequently spending most of our college evenings undertaking endless laps around his fields or on local tracks.

Biking got neglected throughout my early 20’s due to University and subsequently finding a ‘real job’. Now settled as a Web & IT Manager, I recently undertook my CBT and got a 2006 Urban DZ125 for the bargain price of £400! Great bike for the money but DO NOT take one of these off-road – I can't fault the engine and value but get the slightest bit of height and you’ll have panels falling off left, right and centre. This quickly led to me taking my full test and purchasing a legendary Honda XR 250. The XR is a reliable, bullet proof workhorse but after five consecutive days thrashing this around the superb tracks in Wales the time had come to upscale to a Honda CRF250X - What more can I saw but; wharppppp!
