www.southerntrails.co.uk is the comprehensive site for those searching for the locations and proximity of legal Byways and Greenlanes in Kent and Sussex.

After a few years out of the off-road scene I found all my childhood tracks had been deemed off limits by the Government and it was a struggle to find where I could legally ride bikes off-road without getting turffed off by land owners since RUPPs on their land were classified as restricted byways.

This site sets out to educate local people and visitors to the area of the excellent network of historical byways in Kent and Sussex where off-road motorcycles can be enjoyed as they should be – off-road!
